For the work with the PA-Tool (Process Analysis Tool) you need a licensed version of the Corporate Modeler(www.casewise.com) and a licence for the PA-Tool.
The idea behind this PA-tool is to work with the CM database (Datafit or Oracle), load dynamic diagram(s) into PA-Tool and analyse the objects which are on the diagrams and of course also the associated objects. This allows the calculation of not only process cost and costs of organisation units, but also material costs!
To calculate the material cost it is important to develop a good model management in CM8e which supports this approach.
