ClipCollect is a Clipboard Manager, Note Database and Website Builder. You can extract, autoformat, edit and save textual information in the easiest and quickest possible way. Without any real effort you will grow your personal database over time. Additionally you can export this database or anything else on your hard drive as HTML. This means you can use ClipCollect's data gathering function directly to assemble a simple website.

ClipCollect allows you to take text snippets from the clipboard, format them, aggregate them, edit them and save them to your database. Doing so, it takes care of three common problems:

Condensing: You do not have to save a whole document in an arbitrary data format, when only a few sentences are of interest for you. With ClipCollect you easily assemble single pieces of text automatically formatted to a synopsis. So you don't have to read a whole document when you later want to recall the information.

Ordering: You are prepared when the ubiquitous question arises: Save to where? That will greatly improve your chances to find what you are later searching for. This may sound silly, but most computer users either have no program like this at all, or they have no clue of how to structure their gathered information.

Publishing: For a more convenient browsing experience you can convert ClipCollect's database or part of it or for that matter any part of your hard drive to HTML. The result is a website that is ready for upload to serve as your homepage. With the text editing facilities it is possible to create a simple website directly and quickly around some content like images or flash.
