The spreadsheet also keeps track of your payroll budget based on employee wages and scheduled hours. Shift assignments are made from drop-down menus of qualified employees. The spreadsheet produces individual schedules and comes in sizes for 25, 50,100 and 200 employees. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet program is required.
