Defect Manager Release 4 is a major upgrade to the industry leading defect tracking management system. Defect Manager 4
is specifically designed for the demanding needs of professional software
and consulting companies. New features in Release 4 are geared to managing
complex software product/project development that include remote workers,
out-sourced development, and out-sourced testing via the new Defect Manager
web interface. Defect Manager 4.0 also provides tight integration with
Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Visual Source Safe. The eTechSupport component
provides a complete out-of-the box technical support portal, allowing end users and
clients to open, review and annotate their issues in real-time as well as search
the built-in knowledgebase from your companies web site.

Defect Manager Release 4.0 runs on Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP and ships
with a Microsoft Access database. Defect Manager supports Oracle, Microsoft
SQLServer, IBM DB2, Sybase, and Ingres databases. A 30-day trial version is
available from the company's website.
