With the gathering of call statistics you can export them as Excel spreadsheets with graphed statistics. These graphed statistics include your Call Average, Not Ready Average, Time Worked, Total Hours worked as well as daily stats on top of that. CallApp has been built from the ground up to provide the best tool for handling calls and staying on top!
