You can schedule a series of actions leaving long enough time between them to finish the prior one before the next starts. When you are not sure what to do press F1 and the on-line help will give you advise.
The small package provides a wide variety of built in tasks:
Copies/moves files and directories. Copy the whole drive if you wish. Action supports wild cards, exclusion, overwrite/freshen, archive bits (and turning them off upon execution), hidden and system files.
Downloads files from the Internet, including secured access
FTP file transfer (upload or download), including whole directory structures, setting the date, transferring newer files only
Monitors and shuts off stalled applications
Launches applications with or without commandline parameters
Records & Plays back TASQ Recorder macros
Sends and receives e-mails with attachments, supports authentication
