CuteApps.com strives to provide the customer with utmost satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a CuteApps product, you are welcome to request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date. We offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all product directly sold by CuteApps.com. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request and obtain a refund. All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Third Party Products Delivered via Electronic Download
Product return policies are set individually by each of our product manufacturers. To return an electronically delivered product, please contact the software manufacturer and request a product return. The software manufacturer may ask you destroy the software or delete it from your system, and to mail a signed "Letter of Destruction". You will need to provide them with your full name, address, product(s) ordered, and date of purchase.
Third Party Products Delivered via Physical Shipment
Product return policies are set individually by each of our product manufacturers. To return an unopened product (returns are only for unopened software), please contact the software manufacturer and request a product return. The software manufacturer will need to notify CuteApps.com that the return has been authorized. You will need to provide them with your full name, address, product(s) ordered, and date of purchase. You will also need to ship the unopened item(s) to product manufacturer.
Make sure that you also include your name, address, date of purchase, as well as a copy of the original invoice (if possible).
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of unopened software, unless otherwise authorized by CuteApps.com. All returns are subject to approval by our customer service department or by the product manufacturer customer service.
